Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing your visit to the Florida Railroad Museum.

 

The Florida Railroad Museum is not a common carrier. The Railroad operates for demonstration purposes only and reserves the right to operate equipment at its convenience. The Railroad is not responsible for late or cancelled trips nor the substitution of equipment other than advertised.

All ticket and membership purchases are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the ticketed date and time. Within 48 hours of the ticketed date and time, tickets cannot be exchanged. Trips canceled by the Museum due to severe weather will have the full ticket value placed into a gift card for future use. Trips canceled by the Museum for reasons of mechanical or volunteer availability will be fully refunded, including any service fees, to the same payment card used at time of booking.

Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and weapons are prohibited on Railroad property.

You consent to the use of your image or likeness captured during your visit for any purpose without further notice or permission.

Pursuant to S. 817.36, Florida Statutes, tickets may not be resold for more than $1 over the original admission price.

The Florida Railroad Museum and its agents may refuse admission, use of facilities or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be unruly or in violation of these terms and conditions.
