No Train Rides on March 7

There will be no train excursions on Sunday, March 7. The Museum's Gift Shop and Ticket Office will be open regular hours from 10 AM until 4 PM. Several static exhibits are on display in Parrish. There is no admission charge to view the static displays.

Static Exhibits Include:

  • "Bradenton" Sleeper Car
  • Assorted rail artifacts in Ticket Office
  • #12 0-6-0 Steam Switch Engine
  • Restored Phosphate Hopper Cars


    Hobo Cookout SOLD OUT

    The February Hobo Campfire Cookout is SOLD OUT! One more cook out is planned for this year on March 20. Be sure to get your tickets before the last hobo run of the year is gone. Tickets are on sale now and the train will depart from the Parrish station at 6 PM on March 20. Upon arrival at the hobo camp you will be provided with a kit of hot dogs and marshmallows to roast over the campfire while being entertained with music and stories. Your tickets includes dinner and the entertainment.
