
The station in Bradenton, FL is located just next to the Manatee River crossing. The signal on the left guards the approach to the river's draw bridge. While passenger trains no longer call, the building is still in use for private business.

An ALCO FA and RS diesel at Tampa roundhouse. ALCO RS-3 #1633 is currently in operation at the Museum, painted in these green and yellow SAL colors.

This northbound Doodlebug was photographed at Wimauma in 1968 on SAL's main line between Tampa and Sarasota. This is the same line the Museum operates on between Parrish and Willow. Unfortuantely, the track was removed in 1986 north of Willow.
